Decorating cakes became a fun past time for me about 20 years ago. My wonderful friend Carolyn and I took classes together from a fantastic and fun teacher so long ago! We learned lots and had a ton of fun!
I have taught cake decorating classes at many locations over the years. Right now I am not teaching, just 'doing'. I really love to sculpt cakes and make many different designs. Buttercream is my specialty, but I really make a great homemade fondant!

I am headed to God's country to do a 3D tRex cake for my nephew's 5th birthday. Always special times with him and the little one. He wants a Trex that is blue (well he is getting green) and with big teeth. He wants the inside red like bloody-- ha- gotta love 4 year olds.
